C&R Press Winter Soup Bowl 2021 Chapbook Awardee, Shortlist, and Longlist
C&R Press publishes 2-6 chapbooks of poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction and other creative genres each year through our Winter Soup Bowl Chapbook and Summer Tide Pool Chapbook series. Manuscript authors selected for publication receive ten copies of the book, a $100 dollar honorarium, $500 social media and ad network promotional campaign.

About the Author of We Face the Tremendous Meat on the Teppan
Naoko Fujimoto was born and raised in Nagoya, Japan. She studied at Nanzan Junior College and received a B.A. and M.A. from Indiana University. Recent work appears or is forthcoming in POETRY, Kenyon Review, Crazyhorse, Seattle Review, Quarterly West, North American Review, Prairie Schooner, Diode Poetry Journal, and PANK. She is the author of Glyph:Graphic Poetry=Trans. Sensory (Tupelo Press, 2021), Where I Was Born (Willow Publishing, 2019), and three chapbooks. She is an associate editor & outreach translation editor at RHINO Poetry.
