
Dante Fuoco is a queer artist & educator based in Brooklyn. His poetry and non-fiction writing have been published in The Offing, Split Lip Magazine, ONLY POEMS, Foglifter, DIAGRAM, Poets.org, and elsewhere. His art includes theater/performance and video art, most recently featured in a 3-week run of his solo show Blue Seal, Blue Sea (or, gay boy grieves death of gay-hating dad) at The Makers’ Space. Dante has received support from The Edward F. Albee Foundation, Prospect Street Writers House, New York State Council of the Arts, and Dogtrot Residency. A nationally recognized educator and restorative justice practitioner, Dante’s latest work includes teaching swim lessons to adults in New York City. breeding season is his first chapbook.
