Ryan G. Van Cleave (Director, Editor), the author of five collections of poetry and Unplugged, a memoir, has also edited Contemporary American Poetry: Behind the Scenes (Longman, 2002) and co-edited eight other textbooks and anthologies.  His editorial background also includes working on Black Box Recorder, International Quarterly, The South Carolina Review, Sundog: The Southeast Review, and The Dictionary of American Regional English.  He has taught creative writing and literature at Clemson University, Eckerd College, Florida State University, George Washington University, the Ringling College of Art & Design, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, as well as at prisons, community centers, and urban at-risk youth facilities.  He works as a freelance writer and addiction & recover consultant in Sarasosta, FL.  He is a frequent speaker at colleges and high schools on the subjects of digital culture, digital addiction, teaching with technology, and leadership development.  www.ryangvancleave.com

Chad Prevost (Director, Editor), author of two collections of poetry, and co-editor of two anthologies, has served in various editorial capacities for The Chattahoochee Review, Five Points, The GSU Review (now New South), and The Pedestal Magazine. A graduate of Baylor's George Truett Seminary, Chad has advocated for young children and youth in his communities in a number of educational and speaking capacities for over 15 years. He is a graduate of Georgia State University's Ph.D. program in Creative Writing, and during his time in Atlanta founded the Terminus Magazine literary arts organization. Chad has taught creative writing, composition and literature at Georgia State University, Georgia Perimeter College, Lee University, and currently Dalton State College. He currently leads writing workshops with the UT-C Meacham Writers' Workshop, hosts readings for regional authors at Rock Point Books, and leads free workshops on creativity, writing and publishing in the Chattanooga and Atlanta areas. www.chadprevost.com

Jamie Iredell (Design Editor), was a founding editor of New South and, while at the University of Nevada-Reno, served as editor-in-chief of the literary magazine, Brushfire.  He is the author of Prose: Poems, a Novel, as well as three chapbooks. His writing has appeared in magazines such as Descant, Elysian Fields Quarterly, The Literary Review, and Pank.  His work has been nominated for Best New American Voices, a Million Writers Award, and a Pushcart Prize.  Currently, he lives in Atlanta, and blogs at jamieiredell.blogspot.com.

Steven Shepard (Design Consultant) is an innovative technologist of TV, film, multimedia, and graphics production. His talent in visual design and marketing strategies have been serving Fortune 500 companies and production facilities worldwide. A graduate of The Ringling College of Art & Design, Steven has created award-winning commercial design campaigns, visual effects, and animation for clients such as Blockbuster, Motorola, IBM, McDonald's, Universal Studios, MTV, and NBC. www.neo-genesis.net

Allison Rivers (Intern) is a recent graduate of Hope College in Holland, Michigan where she majored in English with a creative writing emphasis.  During her time in Holland, she gained experience in the writing world working at Tree House books, a small independent bookstore, and interning for the Jack Ridl Visiting Writing Series of Hope College.  She is a writer herself, and her poems are being published in the upcoming anthology Time You Let Me In: 25 Poets Under 25, compiled by Naomi Shihab Nye.  After graduation, she moved to Chattanooga to start the next chapter of her life, and is thrilled to be with C&R Press.
